6.2.x - Created users cannot sign into a created portal instance.

      Description

      A user (not the system administrator) is unable to sign in a created portal instance (not the virtual host). There are no stacktrace errors.

      Steps taken:

      1. Go to > Control Panel > Portal Instance.
      2. Click Add.
      3. Enter www.able.com in all fields. Click Save.
      4. Go to > Control Panel > Users and Organizations
      5. Add a user named user1 with an email address: user1@www.able.com. Set the password as test.
      6. Sign out of the system admin.
      7. Go to http:/www.able,com:8080. Try to sign in as user1@www.able.com/ password = test
      8. The sign in portlet says: "Your request failed to complete. Authentication failed. Please try again."
      9. If you sign in as the system administrator, it will sign in.
