Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Select "Roles" -> select "Define Permissions" action in the row of "User" role.
3. Select "My Pages" Resource Set and uncheck 'Access in Control Panel'.
And then user cannot see "My Pages" section in Control Panel.
However after restarting the server, We could also see 'My Pages' section in the Control Panel.
So the change of permission through "Define Permissions" doesn't seem to be persistent.
