The goal of this Story is to extend the web content management services to generate activities whenever a user creates or updates a web content, considering that:

• The activity of creating a new web content will be visible only by other users who also have permission to add new web content within the same scope.
• The activity of updating a web content will only be visible by other users that also have permission to update that web content.

This will be achieved by using the existing permissions integration within the activities framework.
