Adding default layouts by LAR file does not import original theme

When I specify a "LAR" file that can be used to create the user private layouts, the user layout was correctly created, but not was applied the default theme.

1. Add to portal-ext.properties the next row "default.user.private.layouts.lar=${liferay.home}/deploy/Public_Pages-201301031101.lar"
This lar contains a layout and a custom theme.
2. Restart Liferay bundle.
3. Add a new User
4. Log in with created new user.

You can see that User's private page will be created from lar but this page"s theme will not be applied.
