Ability to define default values for web contents using DDM Structures

In 6.2, you can click Actions -> Edit for a web content structure but there's no longer an "Edit Default Values" option.
You can set predefined values for various form fields of a structure but there is no way to ensure that all web content articles based on a structure are created with, say, the same display page, same categories, and same tags.
