      Description

      In order to port over support for transfering files from the desktop to document library (now that LPS-29544 is pushed into master) we need a couple things to happen.

      1. shim IE <= 8 with File, FileReader, FileList, and DataTransfer – which we are calling MsDataTransfer. (check)
      2. shim ... with xhr2 (road-blocked)
