Simplify scope selection UI

      Description

      Currently you have a first drop down to select the most common options and an "Advanced Selection" to select other scopes or more than one. However having these two types of selections ends up creating additional complexity. The advanced selection should be just as simple to understand and use as the "simple" selector so the plan is to leave only that one.
