Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy knowledge-base-portlet, social-coding-portlet, & social-networking-portlet
2. Add Knowledge Base Section, Knowledge Base Search, Knowledge Base Article, & Knowledge Base (Display)
3. Navigate to Knowledge Base (Display)
4. Click Configuration > RSS > uncheck 'Enable RSS Subscription'
5. Assert the RSS link and icon disappear on Knowledge Base (Display) portlet
6. Navigate to each of the three remaining 'Knowledge Base' portlets, clicking Configuration > RSS > and toggling the 'Enable RSS Subscription' checkbox

Expected result:
RSS link and icon will also appear and disappear, accordingly.

Actual result:
No RSS links or icons display in Knowledge Base Section, Knowledge Base Search, or Knowledge Base Article.
