1. Add a test page
2. Add a RSS portlet to the page
3. Add a RSS feed to the portlet

Expected Results: The news feeds from the RSS feed URL should display successfully.

Actual Results: The portlet displays an error message even after several attempts with different RSS feed URLs from prominent websites. No errors appear on the console, and refreshing the page, and refreshing the portlet does not do anything.
