The outgoing email address configured in the mailing list section of a message board category does not get used

      Description

      Here are the steps:

      1. Go to Control Panel-> Server Administration-> Mail-> Configurate Mail with [email protected]
      2. Drag a Message Boards Portlet to a page, configure Mail with [email protected], add a new category entry with configuration Mail List with [email protected]
      3. User aa subscribe this category.
      4. Administrator posts a new post in this category.
      5. User aa would receive a notification email.
      6. Go to Email Client, reply to the notification email.

      Result: "Reply to" is null or receiver address is [email protected]
      Expected: receiver address should be automatically filled with [email protected]
