No direct action available for define permissions for a team role

The only way that I have found to be able to get access to define fine grained permissions for a team is by clicking on the team name in any of the permissions dialogues.Please refer the screenshot current_team_define_permission.jpg. The defining permission for a team(like role) way is not directly.

Wanted feature: Go to > Control Panel>Site Memberships >View Teams ->detailed team>define permission(the function asked for), please refer the screenshot

Please consider the function should be included in 6.2 at a minimum.
