Enterprise Calendar - After deleting the default calendar the user is not able create a new event

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      Logged as admin you can face three wrong behaviours.

      First:
      1. Add 2 calendars (calendarA and calendarB) to "My Calendars"
      2. Set calendarA as "default calendar"
      3. Delete the calendarA
      User is not able to create a new event.

      Second:
      4. Delete all calendars from "My Calendars"
      User is not able to create a new event.

      Third:
      5. Add a new calendar (calendarC) (do not select it as default)
      6. Try do add a new event
      User is not able to create a new event.

      Expected behaviour: shouldn't be able to delete a default calendar.
