Description
1) First bug
When a site member (not admin) creates a Resource (Meeting Room A), then the rest of users can not use that resource. I guessed that this could be changed in permissions, but when I try to modify the permissions of this resource, I only see the Guest Role.
2) Second bug
As the site admin, I can actually see the list of roles including the Site Member and I can give the Site Member permissions to "Manage Bookings" for a resource, but even after doing that, site members can not create events in the calendar of this resource.
