Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to > Control Panel > Web Content
2. Add four Basic Web Contents (a, b, 1, and 2)
3. Click List View and see the different linked columns (ID, Title, Modified Date, and Display Date)
4. Click on each column link

Expected result:
Web Contents will sort by the different columnar categories clicked, alternating ascending and descending order.

Actual result:
Web Contents don't sort when clicking the column links.
