      Description

      1. Deploy the Enterprise Calendar plugin
      2. Start up Liferay in IE8
      3. Add a test page
      4. Add the Calendar portlet to the page

Expected results: Portlet should be able to render correctly in IE8, with all components (small calendar, large calendar, links, day/week/month view) displaying correctly.

Actual results: Calendar doesn't render at all, and gives a javascript error.

          Hi Keval/Ramesh,

this issue is solved in 6.2.x branch of github liferay-plugins, but the new version of plugin hasn't been released yet (Marketplace).

You can clone that github branch and compile/deploy yourself.

The issue is not resolved on the GIT IDs listed above. Can I have QA re-test to confirm?

Calendar portlet now renders successfully in IE8 with the AlloyUI backport. Everything seems to display correctly, and no errors appear on the console.
