Emails sent as notifications by the calendar portlet should present the timezone of the event

      Description

The templates for emails sent by the calendar portlet about an event accept a variable called [$BOOKING_START_DATE$], which inserts in the email the starting time of the event. However, the inserted time is in the form "4:30 PM", which cannot make sense in worldwide events, or if the event is presented in a fixed timezone. So, the [$BOOKING_START_DATE$] should also present the timezone of the calendar (eg "4:30 PM EST", or "4:30 PM UTC+3:30") or, if LPS-34581 is implemented and the calendar has no timezone, should explicit the UTC time (e.g "1:00 PM GMT").
