Clicking tag link causes no effect in KB article section portlet.

      Description

      1. Set the property admin.kb.article.sections=World,Politics,Business,Entertainment in portlet.properties.
      2. Deploy the knowledge-base-portlet.
      3. After deploying the war successful, add Knowledge Base (Display) portlet, Knowledge Base Section Portlet in one page.
      4. In Knowledge Base (Display) portlet, add two kbarticle for:
      The first kbarticle: title:kbarticle1, content:kbarticle1, tag:tag1, Sections: Entertainment
      The second kbarticle: title:kbarticle2, content:kbarticle2, tag:tag2, Sections: Entertainment
      5. In Knowledge Base Section Portlet, configure the portlet and choose the Sections: Entertainment and save the configuration. We will see the two article (kbarticle1 and kbarticle2) in Knowledge Base Section Portlet.

      As for the Knowledge Base Section Portlet, click the kbarticle1 to view the kbarticle, then click "tag1", it will display the two kbarticle
