BootstrapCacheLoaderFactory should not be removed when using the ehcache web plugin and default liferay-multi-vm-clustered.xml as new created cache could not be synchronized from other nodes without BootstrapCacheloaderFactory.
Need to create a new BootstrapCacheLoaderFactory for ehcache web plugin so that caches can be synchronized among nodes in cluster link mode .
