Resetting LDAP server settings to default

1) Go to Control Panel -> Configuration -> Portal Settings
2) Click on "Authentication"
3) Click "Add" under LDAP Servers
4) Add an LDAP Server and save
5) Click "Save" for the Portal Settings
6) Go back to Control Panel -> Configuration -> Portal Settings
7) Click on "Authentication"
8) Check "Enabled" checkbox and "Save" Portal Settings
9) Go back to Control Panel -> Configuration -> Portal Settings
10) Click on "Authentication"

The LDAP Servers table should disappear when you visit the page again
