The message displayed by the help tooltip does not disappear

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Site Administration > Site Pages > Export
2. Move the mouse over any help tooltip
3. Click on any of the "Change" links to open a dialog
4. The help tooltip dialog is still displayed (see screenshot)
