Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Control Panel
2. Click on the Page Templates link under Sites
3. Click Actions next to Blog

Expected result:
There should be an icon next to Import

Actual result:
There is no icon next to Import (see attached images for 6.2.x and ee-6.1.x comparison)
