Steps to reproduce:

For WC:

1. Create a Structure
2. Back out to the main screen and Manage > Templates
3. Create a Template > Save
4. By the Template, click Actions > Copy
   • The Template Copying iframe loads behind the Template iframe

For DDL:

1. Click Manage Data Definitions
2. Add a Data Definition
3. By the new Data Definition, click Actions > Manage Templates
4. Create a Template > Save
5. By the Template, click Actions > Copy
   • The Template Copying iframe loads behind the Template iframe
