6.2.x Full Database - "Not Found" when accessing "My Private Pages" and causes other pages to be "Not Found"

This only happens on a full database, and does not happen in ee-6.1.x currently.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build a full database
2. Start Liferay
3. Click My Sites > My Private Pages
   • The page will say "Not Found"
4. Click My Sites > anything else
   • All those pages will also say "Not Found"
   • The workaround is to start a new browser instance

Expected result:
User is able to navigate to private pages.

Actual result:
Private pages says "Not Found".
