New folder cannot be added to Gadget tree

Steps for reproduce:

1. Deploy the OpenSocial plugin.
2. Go to > Control Panel > OpenSocial Gadget Editor.
3. Click the Add Folder icon.

Expected result:
A new folder will created which is showed in Gadget tree.

Actual result:
In 6.1.20 the new folder is not created in gadget tree.

In 6.1.x the gadget tree is absolutely not appeared
