User can't login due to LayoutTypeException if he has a page linked to another in his public/private site which has just been disabled in portal-ext

      Description

      Reproduction Steps
      1 - Create a user, call it 'user'
      2 - With user, navigate to its' public page
      3 - Add two pages: page1 and page2
      4 - Set page2 to be a Link to Welcome page
      5 - Stop the portal and set the following property:

      layout.user.public.layouts.enabled=false
      

      6 - Start the portal
      7 - Try to log in with 'user', and you'll experience a LayoutTypeException
