Global scope cannot be selected in Web Content under Related Assets in Advanced search

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Sign in as [email protected]
2. Go to > Control Panel > Web Content
3. Add > Related Assets
4. Select > Documents and Media Document
5. Advanced > My Sites drop down menu

Expected result:
To select the Global scope setting

Actual result:
There is no option to select Global scope

Note:
When changing the scope in the Control Panel to either Global, Test Test or Liferay in Web Content > Add > Related Assets > Select > Documents and Media Document > Advanced search > My Sites drop down menu, no other options but the main scope chosen at Control Panel is shown. For example, if Test Test's Personal Site was chosen at the Control Panel, only Test Test is the only available option in Web Content > Related Assets.
