      JVM Crash in 64 BIT Windows Environment.

      After Xuggler Enabled, Uploading a video In Document & Media Portlet causes the JVM Crash.

      See the attached logs.

      This issue is producible with Xuggler 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 for Windows (xuggle-xuggler-arch-x86_64-w64-mingw32.jar)

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Start a clean Liferay installation in a Windows 64 bit environment.
      2. Go to Control Panel, Server Administration, and enable Xuggler (you should click on download first).
      3. Upload an mp4 video file

      Expected behavior: Video preview is generated properly (it will spend more time depending on video length).
      Actual behavior: video preview process makes JVM crash (error in logs) and preview isn't created.
