As a site administrator I wish to validate the ability to successfully publish to remote live before actually publishing

The main goal of this Story is to perform a series of checks before the actual import starts so that potential errors that could happen during the import are detected ahead of time.

When the site administrator uploads a LAR file for import, the server should extract information from it to perform validations. lternatively, the site administrator could upload only a summary (aka digest) of the content that would be imported as an XML file (extracted from the LAR file). The server would validate the information and would check for any dependencies that might not have been met. If that happens the site administrator would be informed of the missed dependencies or potential conflicts.

This story needs further definition on the types of dependencies (relationships between entities/models) that will be considered in the validation.
