Editing Category moves it to root level

      Description

      Having worked out the valid characters to use in properties, when I now save an edit to a category it is placed at the root level.
      I am similar to 20223 and 20222 but not exactly the same as reported. I have tried using the EditCategoryAction.java from 6.2 which add the parentCategoryId to the JSON object returned but still doesn't work. I am assuming there is a .jsp or javascript fix somewhere?
