Regression Bug
Description
When trying to access another site from a different machine, the user will be redirected to localhost.
This only happens when you're trying to access your Liferay instance from another system.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Add blank site
2) Click Site pages
3) add Test Page
4) Click 'view pages'
Expected Result:
You will see a blank page in Test Site
Actual Result:
It will redirect you to localhost:8080 and in this case, there isn't a Liferay instance running on localhost.
Note for QA: You don't have to use a separate machine or VM to trigger the issue; it's enough if you access the portal using your primary host name (something other than localhost).
