Imported Document Types missing entries under metadata fields

      Description

      When importing a lar, the metadata set information is lost within a document.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add Documents and Media portlet
      2. Click Manage > Metadata Set > Add
      3. Enter 'music' into the Name field
      4. Drag and Drop the 'Text' metadata field to the faintly-checkered area (active metadata field list)
      5. Select Text and double click 'Field Label' in the left pane, under Settings
      6. Enter 'Album'
      7. Click Save
      8. Create new Document Type with Metadata set: Song Information
      9. Add Document with new Document Type
      10. Export Document Media Portlet into lar file
      11. Clean your environment
      12. Start Portal
      13. Import Document Media Portlet lar
      14. Click into Document

      Expected result:
      Metadata set: Song Information should be present within the document.

      Actual result:
      There is no metadata set information within the saved document.

      On trunk it is fixed by LPS-36216.
