Create a direct link so administrator can access directly to the Site Administration of a site template.

As part of this subtask, the following changes will be committed:

• Remove redundant options from Site Admin actions (e.g. Manage Pages, Edit Settings...)
• Edit the Site Template Settings within the Site Administration view
• Add a Manage option to the Site Template actions
