Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a Blogs, Wiki, Message Boards, or Web Content portlet on a page or in CP
2. Try to Publish content or Save as Draft

Expected results:
Publish should publish and Save as Draft should save the content as a draft

Actual results:
The buttons do nothing. The Cancel button however, still works.
