Can not import a site that contains a knowledge base article

      Description

      Steps to reproudce:

      1. Deploy Knowledge Base portlet.
      2. Go to Admin > Site Administration > Knowledge Base(Admin).
      3. Create an article.
      4. Export the site as a LAR, check the Knowledge Base box for export.
      5. Create a new site.
      6. Try to import the site LAR to the new site.

      Expected result:
      It should be imported to the new site successfully.

      Actual result:
      Displaying "Unable to execute background task: java.lang.NullPointerException" message on the page. No error is thrown in the log.
