Dock bar does not work with 6.2 CE while using IE

Prerequisites: The user must be running an older version of IE (for example this bug is not present in IE 10).
1. Start Liferay.
2. Log in as Test Test.
3. Assert that the welcome screen displays after setup.

Expected result:
The user should be able to access the dock bar.

Actual result:
The user cannot access the dock bar. When clicking on each of the options, there is only a white box.
