      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Run liferay
      2. Deploy 1-3-1 and 2-1-2 columns in layouttppl
      3. Create page with either custom layout
      4. Add multiple portlets
      5. Drag and drop

      Expected result:
      Portlets fit to either a 1-3-1 or 2-1-2 layout.

      Actual result:
      Portlets fit into a layout with a column with 3 rows.
