Staging UI - Publish to Live page sub-menus display incorrectly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to control pane > Manage Liferay > Site Settings and enable staging.
2. Navigate to the Liferay page. Click Staging.
3. Click Staging > Publish to live.
4. Click the "Change" link underneath section "Pages"
5. Assert the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons display incorrectly (See Screenshot)

6. Click the "Change" link underneath section "Application Configuration"
7. Assert the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons display incorrectly (See Screenshot)

8. Click the "Change" link underneath section "Content>Date Range"
9. Assert the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons display incorrectly (See Screenshot)

10. Click the "Change" link at "Content>Choose Content>Categories"
11. Assert that "OK" and "Cancel" buttons do not display at all. (See Screenshot)

Expected Results:
Clicking on the "Change" links under any of the categories should bring up a dialogue box with "OK" and "Cancel" buttons displaying properly

Actual Results:
Clicking on the "Change" links under any of the categories brings up a dialogue box with "OK" and "Cancel" buttons either cut off or not displaying at all.

Notes:

• Tested in Chrome 29, Firefox 23.0.1, and IE 10. Issue persists in all browsers.
• See following screenshot for help locating the "Change" links that bring up the broken dialogue boxes. Red arrows simply display incorrectly. Green arrow completely fails to display "OK" and "Cancel" buttons at all.
