Note: This is an issue with all CKEditors, not just in Calendar. See Iliyan's comments below.
In the Calendar, when creating a new event, you are unable to type into the Description Field because the CKEditor takes too long to load. However, if you add an event, save it, and edit the event, you are able to add a description.
- Open an page/UI which has a CKEditor. (Add Web Content, Edit Calendar Event, Add Blog Entry)
- Wait a moment (first load may have a delay).
- In the text area, click with the mouse anywhere but the top "row"
When adding a new event, you are able to add a description.
The text cursor should display, indicating that you can type in the text area.
When adding a new event, you are unable to click into the description to add any text.
No text cursor is displayed. It appears that the editor is disabled or read only. But if you start typing, text will show up as well as the text cursor.
