Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the DM portlet to a page
2. Add a folder
3. Give the Guest role the "Access" permission
4. Logout and navigate to the page as a Guest
5. Click on the folder

Expected result:
The guest should be able to click and access the folder

Actual result:
The guest cannot access the folder. The portlet will reload and remain in "Home".
