Cannot import a knowledge base portlet lar

      Description

      Steps to reproudce:

      1. Deploy Knowledge Base portlet.
      2. Go to Admin > Site Administration > Knowledge Base (Admin)
      3. Create an article.
      4. Export the Knowledge Base (Admin) portlet as a lar
      5. Create a new site (Site Alpha)
      6. Manage the new site, Control Panel > Content > Knowledge Base (Admin)
      7. Verify that there are no kb articles
      8. Try to import the Knowledge Base (Admin) portlet as a lar

      Expected result:
      The kb article should be imported successfully and viewable in the Knowledge Base (Admin)

      Actual result:
      Displays "Unable to execute background task: java.lang.NullPointerException". No error is thrown in the log.
