=== Steps to reproduce

1- Deploy *category-adder-portlet-6.1.20.1.war"
2- Place "Category Adder" portlet to a page & click on "Add Categories" >>> The portlet will create 1 Vocabulary with 25 root categories where each root has 25 sub-categories
3- Go to Admin/Site Administration/Content/Categories in 6.2.x or Control Panel/Categories in 6.1.x
4- Select "TestVocabulary"
5- Click on the LMR link below "TestCat10" >>> More 10 categories loaded, perfect.
6- Expand "TestCat10" >>> You can see its children like "SubCat10/x"
7- Expand "TestCat11"

Issue Categories loaded in step Nr.5 are displayed as children instead of the real sub-categories
