Error when adding too many translations to a Web Content using Oracle: Column "title" has type VARCHAR2(4000), but it should be CLOB as for "content"

1. Set up Liferay with Oracle 11

2. Create a Web Content with a long summary (250+ characters)

3. Edit your Web Content and start adding translations:
modify the summary by adding a few characters

4. After adding a lot (14 in my test case) of translations, you will get an error message when you attempt to save the language: "Web Content is temporarily unavailable". Please see the logs attached.

Expected behavior

"title" and "description" columns should be created with CLOB type in Oracle, as we do for "content".
