      Description

We'd like to suggest email sent from the web form should be in HTML rather than plain text. This is required to overcome Microsoft Outlook (Windows client) issue that by default removes the line breaks in the plain text emails based on the number of characters in the email body.

Example of the plain text email:

It should be something like below:
      Name : Denzel Washington
Document Imaging Status : No Update
      Finance Status : No Update
      HR Direct Status : Interruption
      Student Status : No Update
      Summit Status : No Update
Message : Planned outage for maintenance.
      Impacted areas : Some text
Major Event Message (Complete for multi service impacting events only) :

It shows like the following in MS Outlook windows client:
      Name : Denzel Washington
Document Imaging Status : No Update
      Finance Status : No Update
      HR Direct Status : Interruption
      Student Status : No Update
      Summit Status : No Update
Message : Planned outage for maintenance.
Impacted areas : Some text Major Event Message (Complete for multi service impacting events only) :

If HTML was used rather than plain text, the above scenario would not be an issue.
