Web content is displayed before scheduled display date

If the scheduled display date of a web content article is modified to a future date after the article has already been added to a web content display portlet, it continues to be displayed in the portlet.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a web content article.
2) Set display date to now.
3) Publish the web content article.
4) Add a Web Content Display portlet to a page and add the newly created web content article from step 1 to it.
5) Edit the web content article, change the display date to date in the future.
6) Publish the web content.

Current Result: Web content is displayed before scheduled display date.
Expected Result: Web content does not display in Web content display until scheduled display date.
