An XML file is generated when click on RSS

1. Create a new page "Blog".
2. Place the Blogs portlet on that page.
3. Add a blog.
4. Click RSS on the left bottom of the portlet.

Expected result:
It should redirect to a new window with correct RSS function. See screenshot: Correct-behavior.jsp

Acutal result:
You will see this message "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it." is displayed. Screen shot is attached below. See screenshot: incorrect-behavior.jsp.
For 6.2.x:
On Firefox: When you refresh the page, it will show correct RSS page instead of XML page.
On Chrome, IE: it's not working even refresh the page.
On Safari: It's working as expected.

For 6.1.x EE:
On Firefox: working
On Chrome, IE: it's not working even refresh the page.
On Safari: It's working as expected.

This issue doesn't affect released versions: 6.1.30 GA1 and 6.1.20 GA2.
