Steps to reproduce:

1. Add Media Gallery portlet to a page
2. In Configurations, flag Show Actions, Show Folder Menu, and Show Navigation Links
3. In the portlet, click Add Media

Expected result:
The Select Media Type iframe will display valid media types

Actual result:
The Select Media Type iframe is blank. See attached .gif

Note:
Adding multiple media still works.
