Pages appears twice when adding a sub page

      Description

      1) Dockbar > Admin > Site Administration > Pages
      2) Select the Welcome page
      3) Click Add Child Page
      4) Fill in a name for the page and click Add Page

      Notice that two pages appear in the page menu tree. Only one page is actually created, but the page appears twice. Also, the bug only appears when adding sub-pages.
