      Steps to reproduce:
      This also affect zoe-tech-theme, zoe-brochure-theme and zoe-resort-theme.

      1. Deploy Zoe Healthcare Theme together with Resources Importer Web and Web-Form Portlet.
      2. Add Site with the Zoe Healthcare theme. Go to the new added site.
      3. Access to the Contact Us page, pay attention to the bottom of every page.

      Expected result:
      The bottom of every page has necessary information.

      Actual result:
      The bottom of every page is blank, and the Contact Us page is blank too.
