There is no Save button on Kaleo Forms and it will not show the value correctly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy Kaleo Forms plugin and required dependencies
2. Add Kaleo Forms portlet to portal
3. Click Kaleo Forms -> Processes -> Add Process
4. Name Process "Practice"
5. Click "Select" Entry Definition
6. Click "Add" in Entry Definition pop up window
7. Name Entry Definition "Practice" and "Add" 45 fields (Boolean) and "Save" definition
8. Select the new definition "practice"
9. Click "Select" in Initial Form
10. Click "Add" in Initial Form pop up window
11. Name template "Initial form A" and click "Save"
12. Click "Add" in Initial Form pop up window again
13. Name template "Update form A" and click "Save"
14. Select "Initial form A" from Initial Form pop up window
15. Click "Select" in Workflow
16. Click "Add Definition" in Workflow pop up window
17. Select "Single Approver" in the Workflow pop up window
18. Click "Assign" in Assign Workflow
19. Select the "Update" task in the assign Workflow pop up window

Expected result:
After selecting the "Update" task, "Settings" should appear on the left side of the designer and set the "Forms" property value to "Update form A", and can save it.

Actual result:
After selecting the "Update" task, "Settings" appears on the left side of the designer and the "Forms" property value to "blank", and the Save button disappears.
