      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. On an iOS device, navigate to a long iframe that requires scrolling (My Account)
      2. Scroll through the iframe normally with your finger
      3. Move your finger onto the title of the iframe and "flick" it upwards (drag it very quickly in and upward motion and release)
      4. Try to scroll on the iframe again (the previous step may need to be done several times to reproduce the bug)

      Expected result:
Scrolling will still function normally, even if the iframe is moved

      Actual result:
After moving the iframe, it is no longer possible to scroll in the iframe, and the only scrolling occurs on the page behind the iframe

      Note:
I was not able to reproduce this on an android device + android browser
